Enroll in Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit is useful to clients who hold Regular-Interest Bonds, be it the Canada Savings Bond (CSB) or the Canada Premium Bond (CPB).
The annual interest payments can be deposited directly into the bond owner’s bank account. Payroll customers, Canada RSP and Canada RIF owners can also take advantage of this service and have their redemption proceeds electronically deposited into their bank account.
For your protection, all requests must be done in writing by completing the form below. Incomplete forms or forms with incorrect information will be rejected.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST – Certificated Bond Owners and Payroll Savings Plan Owners
- Complete the Change of Address and Direct Deposit Form and Guidelines (COADD)
- Once fully completed, please fax or mail the form to Payroll Customer Service or Customer Service for certificated bonds depending on your type of bond.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST – Registered Product Owners (The Canada RSP or The Canada RIF Owners)
- Complete the RRSP/RRIF – Change of Address and Direct Deposit Form and Guidelines (COADDRP).
- Once fully completed, please fax or mail the form to Customer Service for Registered Product Owners.
Note: Requests for changes to Direct Deposit (DD) information are not accepted by phone.
