When you log on to Manage my Payroll Savings Plan throughout the entire year, you can:

• request redemptions – redeem all or some of your CSBs. Funds can be automatically deposited in your bank account within three business days (if transaction is done before 8 p.m. (ET))  if you have Direct Deposit;
• check plan balances at any time;
• get online statements outlining how much you have invested and interest earned;
• view and print T5 slips;
• request a change of address.
